Indoor Box Lacrosse
Box Lacrosse (Developmental)
The box lacrosse training methodology is a very important strategy in the development of a complete lacrosse player. Led by The Woodlands HS Head Coach Keith Tintle, the boys further develop their stick, fundamentals and lacrosse IQ through a systematic approach to box skills and drills. Learning to play the "field game" in a smaller box setting is critical for creativity in tight, unsettled spaces, moving without the ball and understanding basic offense/defense strategies.
